Villa Summer Dream: Ground floor accommodation with heated swimming pool, close to the ocean - Lacanau south
This pleasant single-storey villa, located in the southern district of Lacanau, offers an ideal setting for family holidays in the immediate vicinity of the ocean. The beach is located approximately 600 metres away, shops are 800 metres away, while Lacanau Lake is accessible 5 km away. The house is equipped with a heated swimming pool and WIFI connection, for a fully comfortable stay.
The interior is organised around a bright and friendly living area, fitted with a table and chairs, a sofa, armchairs and a television, offering a pleasant space to relax after a day at the beach or cycling.
The fully equipped, functional and well-designed kitchen features a sink, ceramic hobs, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, storage cupboards, as well as the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils to prepare meals independently.
The night space includes three bedrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds, offering an ideal configuration for families with children.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Outside, the landscaped terrace with garden furniture and barbecue allows you to fully enjoy meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. The pool house is a real asset, with storage spaces, an additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The heated swimming pool, accessible from 1st June to 30th September, measures 8 x 4 metres and harmoniously integrates into the enclosed garden, conducive to relaxation. A car shelter is also available.
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
