Beautiful villa, with private heated swimming pool of 10x5m, WEST orientation (i.e. sun on the garden and swimming pool from 10am), in a quiet area, between the ocean and the lake, on the edge of the golf course and the forest, in a private and secured luxury residence. Find the comfort of a housing with the services of quality and with the neat decoration. Wifi access.
Enjoy 120 m2 of comfort for a peaceful holiday, 5 minutes by car from the ocean and the shops or the lake.
The villa has a large living room, (very) high ceiling with :
Living room and TV (flat screen 65' TNT channels), dining table, US kitchen) overlooking the large covered terrace and the private heated swimming pool of 10x5m. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (4 hotplates, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, etc...).
On either side of this central room, you will find two "night" wings.
Wing 1 :
- BEDROOM 1: double bed 140x200 with its shower room + cupboard
- BEDROOM 2: space with 1 parental bedroom with a double bed 160x200 + cupboard + bathroom + independent WC. View of the swimming pool.
