Immortal House: Located in Lacanau, on the edge of the lake, within the highly sought-after residence "La Marina de Talaris", this individual house offers an ideal holiday setting between nature, relaxation and leisure. Spread across spacious and verdant hamlets, the residence is particularly appreciated for its preserved environment and collective facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts and a space dedicated to activities with a restaurant. This location is perfect for a seasonal rental in Lacanau, in immediate proximity to the lake and cycle paths, while remaining just a few kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean beaches.
The house, of type T4, offers a functional and pleasant layout to accommodate a family or a group of friends. On the ground floor, the living area consists of a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen allowing for complete autonomy, as well as a comfortable lounge area with sofa and television. Large bay windows provide beautiful brightness and open onto a landscaped terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a green setting.
