Beautiful villa, with private swimming pool of 8x4m, WEST orientation, in the peace in the pine forest, between the ocean and the lake, in edge of the golf and the forest in a private and secured residence of standing. The villa has a large living room, (very) high ceiling with : Living room with 2 sofas and TV (international channels and platforms thanks to the box), dining table, fully fitted and equipped US kitchen (electric hob, oven, combined fridge freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc...) opening onto the large covered terrace of 26m2, the private swimming pool of 8x4m surrounded by the garden and its second wooden terrace of 12m2 in the shade.

On either side of this central room, you will find two "night" wings.
