Gallery with TV. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
