Very nice wooden house on stilts, with large garden, facing the water. In the magnificent bay of the Talaris Marina in Lacanau, this wooden house, typical of the Marina, has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with WC. Total capacity of the property: 8 people. Offering 82m2 on a plot of 318m2 (garden) + 2x30m2 terrace facing the lake, not overlooked. WIFI and TV.

The house is located in the exceptional setting of the Marina de Talaris, a private property of a hundred hectares situated in the middle of the pine forest, in the calm, on the edge of the lake of Lacanau (with beach) and 9km from the ocean.
