New apartment T3 nicely decorated of 60 m² in a secure residence with elevator for 4 people.
The accommodation consists of an entrance overlooking corridor and living room consisting of a living/ dining room with sofa bed for extra bed, opening by bay windows on a balcony of 15m² with garden furniture.
The beds are distributed in a room with a double bed 160 cm and in a second room with two single beds 90 cm. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, the WC are independent.
The kitchen area is fully equipped. A bike room is available in the residence, as well as a private parking space. Tastefully decorated.
