Quiet residence, secured with pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september), playground, elevator and laundromat. You have direct access to the beach by a gate located at the end of the residence. Kitchen area, open to the living room, equipped with trundle sofa beds (2x 70cm or 140cm double bed).
